-Visit a dentist at least yearly & preferably twice a year for a professional cleaning and chek-up.
-Replace your toothbrush every 3 months.
-Avoid too many sugary sweets, as well as sticky food that can damage your teeth.
-Drink heavily acidic beverages in moderation and avoid as far as possible.
